I write this not to make any against about everyone's favorite fastfood chain. It may or not happen to all of its branch stores. But then it may happen to everyone and may still happening and doin their some dirty tricks, especially those wicked store managers(but not all manager's is doing this i hope so!) to earn more! in their alleged satisfied customers...This should served as a Preventive Measures and for the public to be observant and aware of their trusted JOLLIBEE Store...BEWARE OF THE MANAGER'S MODUS!!
It happens in a birthday party in "jollibee"(offcourse) in Taytay, Rizal, Aug 23, 2008, 6-8 pm. The parents of the celebrant is not satisfied to the services that theyve done. In fairness to the store, the family patrionized jollibee eversince and do their celebration to them most of the time! But this time! this branch in taytay has done an anomollous act. Out of their amazement the Payee is shocked to not have an "OR" or official receipt! It was all written and listed in a typewriting paper given by the manager!WHY!? They payed about 35 thou pesos for about 200 persons. But the manager insist and said that they still have an astounding balance of 240.00 more! With no official receipt why? considering the amount that they have given.
Poor services given as listed:
1. the party started 6:40 pm and ended only 8:49 (which sched. 6-8 pm)
2. the party game is too short..about 3 games only
3. the party balloons is only 40 pcs. , 70 pcs. was ordered
4. the balloons has no greetings label on it
5. the food is not strictly counted
6. the children was not properly controlled by the party host
7. the jollyhotdog is not cooked properly
8. few sits available...no more chairs especially the celebrant
